When it comes to treating UTI without antibiotics, look no further.
First, it is important to understand what actually causes the urinary tract infection. Although the root cause of this condition has been a mystery to the medical industry, it is not a mystery at all.
This article will explain what causes your UTI, why antibiotics are a terrible solution, and the various ways of treating UTI without antibiotics.
What causes your UTI?

What labs don’t really know, and what most doctors don’t really know, is that UTI’s are caused by the streptococcus bacteria.
It is not candida. It is not a yeast overgrowth. It is strep.
While an unhealthy overgrowth of candida may be present while getting a UTI, it is the strep bacteria that is creating the overgrowth of candida.
So, if we want to get to the root of the problem, we have to treat the strep bacteria problem.
Candida and Strep go hand in hand.
A yeast infection is a bacterial issue. As the strep bacteria grows in the body, the yeast also grows, to try to run the strep out of town. Yeast does not want the strep taking over and it will grow to overtake it.
When someone is exploding with a candida overgrowth in their intestinal tract, strep is present.
It is the elevation of yeast in the body that signals that the strep bacteria is growing.
Strep is responsible for UTI’s, bladder infections, vaginal infections including yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis.
Why not use Antibiotics for a UTI?
Treating UTI without antibiotics
Treating a UTI with antibiotics is literally a worst-case scenario.
I know that it can be scary to have a UTI. I know that it may feel like it could give you a kidney infection. I know that it is painful and there could be blood involved.
All these emotions, feelings, and real physical symptoms surrounding your pain, is what leads you to the doctor.
All these scary UTI ‘what ifs,’ will lead anyone to go the doctor, I know. It is completely understandable. I have been there.
I have lived with a UTI for 3-4 weeks trying everything I knew to get rid of the infection naturally. Cranberry. D-Mannose. Oregano oil. Etc.
Until finally, I broke down too, and headed to the doctor for my dose of strep-strengthening antibiotics.
Yes, the infection will likely go away with the antibiotics, but guess what?
The strep bacteria is still in there, and due to its extremely adaptable nature, it is now getting stronger and defeating the antibiotic load by mutating into a stronger beast inside of your body.
Does Cranberry Work for a UTI?

It does work. And with someone who has a mild UTI, the cranberry juice or cranberry capsules may be enough.
If you have a UTI that you’d been trying to heal naturally, and you haven’t been able to knock it out, then you need more than cranberry. Cranberry juice will not be enough.
I will soon list several food and herbal options to stack for best results in treating your UTI without antibiotics.
What you Eliminate is as Important as what you put in.
Treating Your UTI without antibiotics
If you are dealing with a UTI, then you definitely 100 percent want to be avoiding the very foods that feed bacteria.
Foods like dairy, eggs, processed foods, gluten, corn, soy should be avoided. And cutting the meat out while naturally treating a UTI would be highly recommended.
Going plant based while treating a UTI without antibiotics would offer the best chance for healing, since more meals of plants would give more of a healing opportunity.
When I say plant based though, that is without the soy, tempeh, and meat alternatives.
Supplements for Treating UTI Without Antibiotics
Treating UTI without Antibiotics
The strep bacteria have an absolute aversion to vitamin C, and this is why vitamin C is key at this time.
Eating a lot of fruit will starve the bacteria.
Fruit, in fact, is poison to the bacteria. Do not be concerned about your candida growing with fruit. This sadly, is misinformation about fruit and could not be further from the truth.
Below is a list of supplements to take for a UTI.
One or two of the mentioned supplements will not do the trick, if dealing with a stubborn UTI.
You’ll need to stack 6-7 of these natural remedies, in addition to 16-32 oz. of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach and lots of leafy greens and fresh fruit. And don’t forget to eliminate the above-mentioned foods.

Another great expose of the way that people are led to yet another pharmaceutical to placate the symptoms and not deal with root cause, the ingenious virus. If we do not overcome the virus, we will just be getting ready to play ball with yet another mutation, or as I might gesture to call them, Mutant Ninja Warriors. Great work SLB!

I appreciate your input as always. You have a good grasp on the greed machine overlooking the simplest of healing remedies. The strep bacteria is indeed a mutant, but warrior? I’d like to alleviate the pressure on the poor strep bacteria of having to rise to the occasion of warrior status. LOL. Tenacious, I’ll give it that.
