Introduction
This article is coming from a place of complete and total gratitude, as I am an (slightly) older athlete training every day, and I have a new lease on athletic performance and a new lease on life.
As a former college and professional 800 Meter & 1500 Meter runner, I have given many performance enhancing drinks and products a try over the years. I have tried all different diets for performance. And I've tried various healing modalities for recovery.
For professional athlete training regimes, all legal enhancements are fair game, and when we find one that works, we tend to stick with it.
I’ve recently come to better understand the body’s internal redox cell signaling capacity as it relates to athletic performance. I had never even heard of that term two weeks ago. I visited a website called pubmed.gov, and I found 1985 pages of articles on the importance of Redox Cell Signaling.
In the last decade over 7500 studies on Redox Signaling have been published in international, peer reviewed scientific and medical journals, making it one of the fastest growing areas of health science.
This article is going to discuss Redox Cell Signaling molecules and how they impact an athlete training program.
What are Redox Cell Signaling molecules?
Redox signaling molecules are the communication center for the cells. They are vital to strengthening the genetic signal that keeps our cells communicating.
Our cells receive instructions through redox signaling molecules—it is a process that is so important that if any given system of your body were to suddenly stop making cell signaling molecules, that system would break down and fail in the matter of a few minutes. Cell signaling and the gene expression it facilitates literally sustain life.
How do Redox Cell Signaling molecules impact an athlete training program?
Energy and Recovery
A big fat WOO-HOO for that!!!
There are definitely more benefits to having more cell signaling molecules in our bodies, then energy and recovery. But I’m not going to try pretend to know what all those are. I'm still fairly new to the cell signaling supplementation concept.
I’m writing about energy & recovery first because that was the first thing I noticed first when amplifying my natural supply of Redox cell signaling molecules.
This is what I know, the more the better. The more communication signals the better the communication.
If you have ever been in an area with sketchy cell service, then you know what I’m talking about!
When the signal is not available, your cell phone will not work. Same thing with the cells in the body, when there are more cell towers available, (redox cell signals) our cells communicate to one another more efficiently.
I have been boxing for 5 years. When I started using Redox cell signaling molecules as part of my performance enhancement protocol 2 weeks ago, my workouts went from great to beast mode. NO JOKE!
Here's My Daily Diary for the first 9 days
Day #1
Today’s workout with a Cell Signaling Molecule Enhancement.
I know it was not likely that I would notice a difference using cell signaling molecules on day 1, and maybe it was psychological, but I felt amped in energy the minute the molecules were introduced to my body. Workout felt good. I worked hard as usual.
Day #2
My athlete training program after taking minimum dosage of Asea Redox Cell Signaling Supplement.
I felt great going into my workout, like I had some kind of an edge. Probably placebo. The Redox molecule supplement isn’t supposed to be noticeable for about a week.
I always roll my muscles out with a ball and a foam roller for 15-30 minutes before each boxing session, and I did this on day 2, but I felt less like I needed to than normal.
Day #3
Training after minimum dosage (4 oz.) of Cell Signaling Molecule Enhancement.
Felt great today after very hard workout yesterday. The quality of today’s workout was better than usual with back-to-back hard training days.
Side Note: My spirit feels hopeful to having an end to chronic illness. I honestly didn’t think of having a recent cold sore and a never-ending ear infection as a chronic illness, but I am beginning to understand at a deeper level, that it a quite serious chronic illness, from a viral infection. I am determined to be free of this.
Day #4
Athlete Training Program after 4 oz. of Cell Signaling Molecule Enhancement.
I have not rolled out my muscles in 2 days with massage ball or foam roller and my muscles are not sore, tight or tense.
I spend so much EXTRA time in the gym, rolling out my muscles every day. And if I ever miss a day, I am SUPER tense the next day. Because of boxing, I carry my tension in the upper back (trapezius muscles), neck (scalene muscles), and the scapula (infraspinatus muscle).
Zero tension happening right now. Pretty unbelievable.
Day #5
Training again with 4 oz. Asea Cell Signaling Molecule Enhancement.
Ok. Today was significant. Two days ago, I did 6 x 100 Meter sprints (first time in 6 months since sprinting) and I’ve noticed that I feel zero soreness. Pretty amazing.
Day #6
Athlete Training Program after 4 oz. Cell Signaling Molecules.
My back-to-back hard workouts are both in beast mode. THIS, I LOVE! I already felt like I was my 35-year-old athlete self. And the last couple of days I have felt like my 25-year-old athlete self. At 51, not a bad gig.
Day #7
Asea Redox Cellular Signal Molecules dosage of 6 oz.
I did the Santa Monica stairs yesterday, in addition to boxing yesterday morning, and I feel no soreness.
I always feel some soreness in my muscles after the stairs. Either my calves have felt sore, or my gluts from doing two at a time, and now no soreness at all. Granted, I only did the staircase three times, but normally I would still feel some amount of muscular soreness. They are a very steep and high-volume staircase of 170 stairs. Normal volume for me would be to do the stairs 8-10 times.
These redox molecules are definitely working. I have so much energy during the day, and at night after two workouts.
Day #8
Athlete training program with 6 oz. dosage of supplement.
I still have not rolled out my muscles with the ball or foam roller for 6 days and I am shocked that my muscles are not tight, not sore, no lactic acid residual. Stunning.
My ear infections are gone. I’ve had ear infections for many years on and off, and there is no trace of an ear infection.
Day #9
Today I took a 4 oz. dosage of the Asea cellular signaling molecules.
I’ve started to notice other things changing besides just my energy level and recovery. Which is HUGE!
My tinnitus is also gone. Sometimes my ears rang so loud, I couldn't even hear myself think.
And my skin is healing quickly. I had a scrape on my forearm and it healed in two days.
I was sweating a lot at my hairline and scalp during workouts, to the degree that I was pretty certain that I had Hyperhidrosis. That has lessened substantially.
I have also recently cut most of the fats out of my diet to see if that would help my heart not work so hard and help my self-diagnosed Hyperhidrosis. That might be what is helping, in addition to the amazing healing benefits of the supplement.
It crossed my mind more than once that I could be one of those 50 year old athletes to drop dead during a workout, with how hard I workout sometimes. (STOP THAT! terrible thought!)

A great article for anyone wanting to feeling better after doing the things that they love. It was great the way that you paralleled a cellphone with its communication with the signal towers. It made me envision an airport with its grid of air traffic control (ATC). It is indeed with better communication that all things appear to work in optimum harmony. As a one time competitive bodybuilder, I wish I had known about the Redox communication center 20 years ago. I might be like Enoch and live a long time, so there is no time better that this day to start something that sounds terrific. I know many pro athletes, so will send them your way.
